Frequently Asked Questions
Aevarcanium is a record label and production music library creating and licensing original music for creators, businesses, filmmakers, game developers, podcasters and other creative projects.
The Free plan lets you use our music for non-commercial projects. Paid subscriptions allow commercial use, channel allowlisting and remove Content ID claims on your registered channels during your active subscription.
Commercial use means your project can earn money or promote a business.
Non-commercial use means your project is not intended to generate income.
No. The Free plan is not eligible for monetization or commercial use.
Aevarcanium does not issue copyright strikes or takedown requests for projects using our music in compliance with our Terms of Use
Our tracks are registered with Content ID. Claims are highly likely to appear on supported platforms when using the Free plan. They are not copyright strikes and do not place your channel at risk.
Your registered channels are allowlisted during your active subscription, preventing Content ID claims on eligible platforms.
Projects created using tracks downloaded and licensed during your active subscription remain fully licensed after your subscription expires. After your subscription ends, channel allowlisting and commercial licensing for any new use of Aevarcanium music, including tracks released before or after your subscription, END unless you renew.
Projects using tracks downloaded and licensed during your active subscription remain licensed after your subscription expires.
If you receive a Content ID claim on a project created using tracks downloaded and licensed during your active subscription after your subscription has expired, dispute the claim and upload your Aevarcanium License Certificate. We will verify your license certificate against our records and remove the claim if it is valid. Keep your license certificate in a safe place, as you may need it to resolve future Content ID claims on previously licensed projects.
Don’t worry. Contact us and we’ll verify your subscription records. If they’re valid, we’ll reissue your Aevarcanium License Certificate.
Tracks are downloaded from supported music stores and streaming platforms, not directly from the Aevarcanium website at the moment.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or accidental renewals. Refund requests for duplicate charges or accidental renewals must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. Requests made after 14 days will not be considered.
Exclusive commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due on final delivery. Once approved tracks have been delivered and ownership has been transferred, all payments are non-refundable.
If we are unable to work on or deliver your commissioned project, we’ll work with you to reach a fair resolution, including a refund where appropriate.
No. Subscriptions are for the account holder only and may not be shared with other individuals or organizations.
Each subscription covers one registered channel or handle only. Additional channels or handles require separate subscriptions.
