Aevarcanium is a record label, rights holder and music licensor. This Refund Policy applies to all digital music subscriptions, music licenses, digital music products, and exclusive music services offered through our website. By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental renewals reported within 14 days of the transaction
Requests submitted after 14 days will generally not be considered.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

2. Digital Music Licenses
Because our products consist of digital music licenses and downloadable content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or licensed content has been made available.

3. Exclusive Music Commissions
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining balance becomes payable upon final approval and delivery.
Once an exclusive project has been delivered and ownership has been transferred in accordance with the applicable agreement, all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels an exclusive commission after work has begun, the initial deposit remains non-refundable.
Any refund of additional payments is at Aevarcanium’s sole discretion and will depend on the stage of completion.

5. Failure to Deliver
If Aevarcanium is unable to complete or deliver a commissioned project, we will work with the client to reach a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund where appropriate.

6. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services and licenses where permitted by law.
